“Timeless City İstanbul & Faces” : Έκθεση του Mustafa Dedeoğlu στην «Image Gallery» της Αθήνας

   ☛   Το Γραφείο Πολιτισμού και Τουρισμού της Τουρκικής Πρεσβείας στην Αθήνα, σε συνεργασία με την Image Gallery, διοργανώνει την έκθεση φωτογραφίας του Mustafa Dedeoğlu με τίτλο «Timeless City İstanbul & Faces» στην Image Gallery. Η έκθεση θα είναι ανοιχτή για το κοινό από τις 17 – 25 Οκτωβρίου 2015. Η έκθεση με τίτλο «Timeless City Istanbul & Faces» είναι το αποτέλεσμα 8 χρόνων δουλειάς και αντανακλά τη μοναδική ατμόσφαιρα που αποπνέει η ιστορία της Κωνσταντινούπολης – που αν και έχει φιλοξενήσει εδώ και αιώνες πολλές και διαφορετικές κουλτούρες- η μαγευτική εικόνα της έχει παραμείνει απαράλλακτη στο πέρασμα του χρόνου. «Βλέπω τις φωτογραφίες μου ως έναν τρόπο αφήγησης μιας ιστορίας και όχι ως μία απλή καταγραφή. Το να βγάζω φωτογραφίες αποτελεί για μένα τρόπο έκφρασης, κατανοώ πώς βλέπω τον εαυτό μου, τον κόσμο γύρω μου και πώς αυτό με κάνει να αισθάνομαι» δηλώνει ο ίδιος καθώς μας συστήνεται. Η δουλειά του Mustafa Dedeoğlu έχει δημοσιευτεί σε διάφορα τοπικά και διεθνή έντυπα που ασχολούνται με την τέχνη. Έχει παρουσιάσει έργα του στη Ρωσία, την Ισπανία, τη Βοσνία-Ερζεγοβίνη, τη Γεωργία, το Κόσσοβο, την ΠΓΔΜ, την Αμερική, την Τεχεράνη και τη Γαλλία.

☛  The Culture and Tourism Office of the Turkish Embassy in Athens in cooperation with The Image Gallery, organizes the photography exhibition of Mustafa Dedeoğlu under the title “Timeless City İstanbul & Faces” at the Image Gallery (Amalias 36). The exhibition will be open for the public from 17 to 25 October 2015. The exhibition under the title “Timeless City Istanbul & Faces” is the result of 8 years of work and reflects the atmosphere of the unique story of İstanbul – the city that has been home to many cultures for centuries, although its majestic silhouette remained unchanged through the passage of years. «I think of my photos as means of storytelling rather than mere reporting. Taking photos for me is a way of self-expression, understanding how I see myself and the world around me, the way I feel about it » he says as he introduces himself to us. Mustafa Dedeoğlu’s works are published in various local and foreign titles on art. The artist also shares his creations through exhibitions. Mustafa Dedeoğlu has been displaying his art in Russia, Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, FYROM, America, Tehran and France.
